Every year I tune into the year ahead for a support blend for the year ahead and a message to go with it. It is the same process I follow when preparing custom made blends for people.

These are the impressions I first received upon connecting with and inhaling this blend

What I felt in my body as I applied this blend for the first time ….
Applying to my sternum I became aware of where i still have fear and pain in my body. I could sense where resistance /blocks are while at the same time a joy at the seeing, like a light being shone into a dark place and knowing once illuminated it is not scary anymore.
I then felt like applying it to my diaphragm area.
The blend is telling me to relax deeper , breathe and just let go everything is perfect just the way it is this moment.
It appears these oils want to connect with the Heart and Solar plexus area therefore I have diluted them in almond and jojoba so they can be applied directly to these areas for greatest impact.
