Peppermint essential oil invigorates the the mind and helps us digest new ideas.

Aid digestion and help with nausea and headaches.

Enhance concentration and study.
Smell directly from the bottle or diffuse by adding 2-5 drops into an oil diffuser.

For nausea, add 1-2 drops into a cup of peppermint tea and drink or dilute a few drops into a carrier oil and massage your abdomen.

Peppermint pairs well with ginger or lemon for this purpose.

Important note: Pregnant women should avoid peppermint and use lemon or ginger for nausea only. An alternative to peppermint that can be used is spearmint as it is a more gentle mint oil that is also suitable for children.

Peppermint is not recommended for children under 5.
